1. Nutzung und Account
Du darfst GlowPalette nutzen, wenn du rechtlich dazu berechtigt bist. Deine Account-Daten müssen korrekt sein. Du bist dafür verantwortlich, dass dein Gerät und dein Login nicht von unberechtigten Personen genutzt werden.
2. Mindestalter
GlowPalette richtet sich nicht an Kinder. Wenn du minderjährig bist, darfst du die App nur mit Zustimmung einer erziehungsberechtigten Person nutzen.
3. Style-Empfehlungen
GlowPalette erstellt Farb-, Make-up-, Outfit-, Schmuck- und Face-Guide-Empfehlungen. Diese Inhalte sind subjektive Styling-Hinweise und keine medizinische, dermatologische, psychologische oder biometrische Beratung.
4. Fotoanalyse
Du darfst nur Fotos hochladen, die du verwenden darfst. Du bestätigst, dass du keine andere Person ohne deren Erlaubnis analysierst. Fotoqualität, Licht, Kamera und Modellversion können das Ergebnis beeinflussen.
5. Erlaubte Nutzung
Du darfst die App nicht missbrauchen, keine rechtswidrigen Inhalte hochladen, keine Schutzmechanismen umgehen und keine Systeme, Datenbanken oder Zugangsdaten auslesen.
6. Käufe, Testzeiträume und Abos
Kostenpflichtige Funktionen, Testzeiträume, Verlängerungen, Kündigungen und Erstattungen richten sich nach den Angaben vor dem Kauf und den Regeln des App Stores. Du kannst Abos über deine Apple-ID verwalten.
7. Eigene Inhalte
Fotos, Eingaben und persönliche Reports bleiben deine Inhalte. Du gibst GlowPalette die notwendige Erlaubnis, diese Inhalte zu verarbeiten, damit die angefragten Funktionen bereitgestellt werden können.
8. App-Inhalte und Marke
Software, Design, Texte, Marke und sonstige Inhalte von GlowPalette sind geschützt. Du darfst sie nicht kopieren, weiterverkaufen oder außerhalb der App als eigenes Produkt verwenden.
9. Drittanbieter und Apple
Die App kann Dienste wie Supabase, Google Cloud, Gemini, Meta App Events, RevenueCat und den App Store verwenden. Für diese Dienste können zusätzliche Bedingungen und Datenschutzregeln gelten. Für Downloads, Käufe und die Nutzung über den App Store gilt zusätzlich der Apple-Standardlizenzvertrag. Diese Nutzungsbedingungen ergänzen ihn und ersetzen ihn nicht.
10. Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen
Wir können Funktionen verbessern, ändern, einschränken oder beenden, wenn dies aus technischen, rechtlichen oder produktbezogenen Gründen erforderlich ist.
11. Haftung
GlowPalette wird mit angemessener Sorgfalt bereitgestellt. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, übernehmen wir keine Garantie, dass jede Empfehlung in jeder Situation exakt passt. Gesetzliche Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.
12. Datenschutz, Kündigung und Kontakt

GlowPalette Terms of Use
By using GlowPalette, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and account
You may use GlowPalette if you are legally permitted to do so. Your account information must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your device and login secure.
2. Minimum age
GlowPalette is not directed to children. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Styling guidance
GlowPalette provides color, makeup, outfit, jewelry, and Face Guide recommendations. These outputs are subjective styling guidance, not medical, dermatological, psychological, or biometric advice.
4. Photo analysis
You may upload only photos you are entitled to use. You confirm that you will not analyze another person without their permission. Photo quality, lighting, camera, and model version may affect results.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, upload unlawful content, bypass protections, or attempt to extract systems, databases, or credentials.
6. Purchases, trials, and subscriptions
Paid features, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the information shown before purchase and the applicable App Store rules. Subscriptions can be managed through your Apple ID.
7. Your content
Photos, inputs, and personal reports remain your content. You grant GlowPalette the permission needed to process them so the requested features can be provided.
8. App content and brand
GlowPalette software, design, text, branding, and other app content are protected. You may not copy, resell, or use them outside the app as your own product.
9. Third-party services and Apple
The app may use services such as Supabase, Google Cloud, Gemini, Meta App Events, RevenueCat, and the App Store. Additional terms and privacy rules may apply. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies to downloads, purchases, and use through the App Store. These Terms of Use complement it and do not replace it.
10. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features where needed for technical, legal, or product reasons.
11. Liability
GlowPalette is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every recommendation will be exact or suitable in every situation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Privacy, termination, and contact
